Easy Precision Piecing System No-Cost Zoom Class

What is the Acorn Easy Precision Piecing System? It's a new way to gain better accuracy in quilt piecing, designed to provide you with easier methods to square corners, match points and press seams flat. Accurate piecing leads to easier quilting! Delphine and her staff members have tested these products and really like them!
The System is designed for every quilter, from beginner to expert, plus the system is easy to learn and to incorporate into your current quilting habits.
Shelly and Bernie Scott-Tobish will teach their innovative Acorn Precision Piecing System during the Zoom meeting. These products were designed by quilters, for quilters, with the aim of taking sewists' skills to the next level, beginners and advanced quilters alike are sure to be enriched by Team Tobish's dynamic classes and Precision Piecing System.

Pineapple Foundation On Top Piecing with Jen
Saturday, March 26th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Class cost - $10.00 plus supplies
Jen's samples are now hanging at the shop and are quite lovely. She used a 10" square set of Spring Promise by Artisan Batiks for Robert Kaufman. There are also samples using 1800's style fabrics and another one made from Effervescent! Learn the basics and pick up tips on making easy Pineapple blocks with the Top Piecing Method of paper piecing which does not require you to flip and sew!
Mini Brick Road Table Runner Class with Jen
Wednesday, April 13th from 1:30pm-3:30pm
Class cost - $10 plus supplies
This class is designed for a beginner level quilter. Using a pattern from Atkinson Designs, and some 5" squares, you will work on cutting fabrics, chain piecing, nesting seams and notching. Jen's sample is on display at the shop.
Foundation Pieced Log Cabin Class with Jen
Wednesday, April 13th from 10:30am-12:30pm
Class cost - $10.00 plus supplies
Another way to do foundation piecing...using the add-a-quarter ruler and the "flip" method. Come join Jen to make these fun scrappy Log Cabin blocks! You choose either 6" finished blocks or 12" finished blocks, using your scraps, strips or yardage. Once you make one, you won't want to stop. Jen did a lap quilt using the 6" blocks and it is on display in the classroom.
Project Bag Class with Jen
Wednesday, April 27th from 10:30am to 2:30pm
Class cost - $20.00 plus supplies
Using Jen's pattern, learn how to make a fun and practical project bag.
Learn useful tips in sewing with vinyl and zippers, as well as tips on basic straight line quilting and binding. You'll make one size of the project bag in class, but the pattern which is yours to keep, will give you 2 additional sizes. The class sample is on display at the shop.
Totally Trendy Tote II Class with Jen
3-session class: Friday's, April 22nd, April 29th and May 6th from 10:30am-2:30pm
Class cost - $30.00 plus supplies
This project is designed for the intermediate/advanced sewist. You will be working at your own pace during the hours listed above, and Jen will be available to help you when you need help. The pattern is a ByAnnie pattern, very well written and very detailed. There are 3 sizes to choose from, Jen made the extra-large size, which is quite large! Her sample is on display at the shop.
