	Open Sew Monday's, April 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th Monday's, May 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th 10:00am-4:00pm Fee: $5.00 per session A day to work on whatever project you want to work on! Bring your supplies, machine if necessary, and join the group for some sewcialization! We have irons and cutting spaces. Bring money for lunch...the group usually orders lunch from one of the surrounding restaurants.
	Piecing 101 Saturdays, May 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th 10:30am-12:30pm Class Fee: $48.00, plus supplies Starting at the beginning, Jen will teach you basic cutting techniques, basic piecing techniques, sewing with a quarter inch seam, chain piecing, notching, and more. You'll learn 2 quilt blocks and how to put them together into a quilt top. These skills will provide to be invaluable as you begin your quilting journey. This is a 4-week class with homework after each class.
	Wooly Stitchers Club Wednesday, May 8th, 2:00pm-4:00pm Wednesday, June 12th, 2:00pm-4:00pm Fee: $5.00 per session Love working with wool and using different embroidery stitches to embellish your projects? Bring your current work in progress and join this group of ladies who LOVE working with wool. Maybe you can learn a new stitch or two! The club meets monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
	Patriotic Quilters Thursday's, April 11th & 18th, 10:30am-3:00pm Thursday's, May 9th & 16th, 10:30am-3:00pm This group meets the 2nd and 3rd Thursday each month to work on quilts for veterans in the area. If you want to join us but can't stay for the entire day, that's ok! All fabrics are provided, and all the cutting is done for you. Bring your machine and thread, and help work on these well deserved donation quilts. The group has now completed over 300 quilts because of volunteers like you!
	Machine Cleaning & Scissor Sharpening Tuesday, May 14th, 10:00am-2:00pm $75.00 per machine, Husqvarna's $85.00 per machine $6.00 per pair scissor sharpening Call to make an appointment for Aaron to service your machine and sharpen your scissors, 989-732-1252. Times are available for morning and afternoon. Fee is payable the day of service, cash or check only.
	String Piecing Friday, May 17th, 10:30am-12:30pm Class Fee: $16.00, plus supplies Looking for a fast and fun way to use up some of your scraps? We've got the perfect project! Evelyn Peterson will share her process for making easy string blocks. Bring your scraps and watch the piles transform into beautiful quilt squares.
	Binding Basics Saturday, May 18th, 1:00pm-3:30pm Class Fee: $20.00, plus supplies Does adding the binding to your quilt get delayed because you just don't want to do it? Delphine Ren-Miller enjoys adding the binding because it means the quilt is almost ready to use and a finished quilt is a good thing. Delphine will lead you from cutting straight grain and bias binding after deciding how wide to make it and why there are differences in binding widths. Then you will add binding to small quilt sandwiches so that you have samples to take home with you plus written directions. While the binding will be applied by machine it will be finished both by hand and machine.
	Pineapple Foundation Paper Piecing Wednesday, May 22nd, 10:30am-12:30pm Class Fee: $16.00, plus supplies Learn the basics of foundation paper piecing and pick up tips on making easy Pineapple blocks with the Top Piecing Method which does not require you to flip and sew! This is a great way to use up scraps from your stash!
	Jelly Roll Rug Friday, May 24th, 11:00am-4:00pm Class Fee: $36.00, plus supplies Back by popular demand! Did you miss out on making the Jelly Roll Rug a couple of years ago? Or maybe you decided that the pattern looked too challenging? Or MAYBE you just didn't have the time? No more excuses...Now is the time to jump in and have great instruction along the way. Delphine Ren-Miller has led several classes through the process and has made 4 rugs herself. She will teach you step by step how to make the rug and share her invaluable expertise in how you can achieve an amazing finished project.
	Project Portfolio Friday, May 31st, 10:30am-5:00pm Class Fee: $45.00, plus supplies, pattern included Travel to class or retreat in style with this Project Portfolio! This shop exclusive pattern is only available for class participants. Join Debbie Dingman as she walks you through the steps on creating this traveling masterpiece.
	Building Blocks Saturday, June 1st, 1:00pm-3:00pm Saturday, July 6th, 1:00pm-3:00pm Class Fee: $10.00 per month, plus supplies If you've already taken a beginner quilt class and are ready for the next step in learning how to quilt, look no further! This class is designed for the beginner quilter who would like to build their knowledge base. You'll learn the next steps in piecing various blocks and make a sampler quilt at the same time. Class meets once a month and each month you will be working on a different quilt block. Examples include the Bear Paw, the Snail's Trail, and Cottage Garden. At the end of 12 months, you'll have 12 blocks ready to assemble in a layout of your choice. Come join Jen as she shares her love of quilting with you. This class will repeat, so you can join us anytime!
	Blushing Blooms - Block of the Month April 2024 to December 2024 Fee: $30.99 per month Our beautiful and elegant sample is now hanging in the shop! This sampler-style queen quilt features 12" blocks set on point, with custom setting triangles and elegant sashing to tie all the elements together. Fabrics are beautifully colored in rich burgundy, dusty pinks, taupe, and off-white. Each month for 9 months, you'll receive a section of the pattern and a package of fabrics ready for you to create a part of the quilt. The last month will be the finishing instructions and fabrics to assemble this lovely 92" square top. All fabrics for the top and binding will be provided to you in your monthly packages. 	Potato Chip Blocks Saturday, June 1st, 10:30am-12:30pm Class Fee: $16.00, plus supplies The Potato Chip Quilt is scrappy and super easy! All pieces are the same size making the block fast to piece. You can sew these late at night or when you just want to sew without frustration. Did we mention there are no seams to match???? Evelyn Peterson will also provide tips on cutting your scraps, and some block variations. It's as mindless as eating a bag of potato chips. Before you know it, you'll have several blocks completed, but with zero calories.
